As an active investor who has personally built, renovated, and flipped properties in the Bend, Redmond and Sisters market, she brings a hands-on perspective, helping clients evaluate opportunities, maximize value, and make smart long-term decisions. Grounded in a background as a teacher and outdoor educator, Rachel approaches every Bend, Redmond and Sisters client relationship with patience, clarity, and genuine care, because she believes real estate is about far more than property, it's about how people live and build their lives in the communities they love.

A Bend resident since 2003, Shana brings more than two decades of experience as a director of operations and paralegal at one of Central Oregon’s most respected family and estate law firms. Her background managing complex, high-stakes matters gives her clients a distinct advantage, offering clarity, discretion, and composed guidance through significant real estate decisions. Known for her thoughtful presence and genuine care, Shana believes a home should reflect both aspiration and belonging, and she considers it a privilege to support clients through such meaningful transitions. Outside of real estate, she embraces the Central Oregon lifestyle, teaching yoga and barre, and spending her free time adventuring outdoors biking, skiing, hiking and enjoying all the Central Oregon lakes with her two children, Wyatt and Lia.
