Rachel Greenwald Rhoads began her career as a residential real estate agent in Bend, Oregon in 2008, and her adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit led her to expand her work and expertise into commercial real estate in 2016. Rachel’s 11 years of hands-on experience enable her to provide solid guidance to anyone seeking investment, owner-operator, tenant or landlord real estate assistance. An accomplished and well-respected broker, Rachel’s reputation in the Central Oregon real estate market as a trusted and hard-working advocate for her clients is unmatched. In her off hours, Rachel is a passionate outdoorswoman. She enjoys rock climbing, trail running, mountain biking and backcountry skiing.

A long-time Bend resident since 2003, Shana is deeply rooted in the community where she values building and maintaining authentic relationships in her personal and professional life. Shana has over 20 years of experience working for Central Oregon’s largest family, estate, and probate law firm as the director of operations and paralegal. She has a proven track record of effectively collaborating with various teams to meet the needs of clients during some of the most challenging times. 

As a mother, real estate agent, yoga, and barre teacher, Shana is devoted to helping her family, friends, students, and clients meet their various needs throughout life. She believes finding the right home in the right location can instill a sense of harmony in one’s life and she feels honored to be part of the process.

When Shana is not working, you’ll find her and her kids hiking, skiing, biking, climbing, and paddling – truly appreciating all that beautiful Central Oregon has to offer.
